The Royal City of Rabanastre is partly similar to Bevelle -in FFX/X2- due to all the high technology it has. The Royal City Of Rabanastre is also where you start in FF12.
Note: Sorry if any infomation is wrong. FF12 is not yet realesed in the U.K, so i havn't had a chance to found out about it by playing the game. There is also no info I can find on websites -_-
